One of the distinguishing factors of the foundation is the structural and durable way in which information andtraining is offered in development countries. After this, one must able to maintain installations, facilities andother supplies independently. If this would not be the aim, a project would remain dependent upon a third party.
Besides the just mentioned factors, Unica aims for exchanging knowledge by sending employees with different expertisesto the project. At the moment we are still working on making traineeship placements possible, so that trainees couldexecute their project in an international setting.
